Projekti \u00fche partnerina on kaasatud ka ABB.<\/i><\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Kui eelnevas kahes postituses keskendusime Mitsubishi i-Mievi juhtloogikaga tutvumisele ning juhtimisalgoritmide v\u00e4ljat\u00f6\u00f6tamisele testautona kasutatava Mitsubishi i-Mievile, siis seekord teeme tutvust sellega, kuidas valmis TalTechi Iseauto buss.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Esimeses postituses r\u00e4\u00e4kisime sellest, et bussi ehitamiseks on vaja k\u00f5igepealt olemasoleva Mitsubishi i-Mievi kere lammutada. Seej\u00e4rel tuleb valmistada bussi jaoks vajalikud keredetailid ning k\u00f5ige l\u00f5puks need ka paigaldada. K\u00f5ige selles juures tuleb arvesse v\u00f5tta seda, et valmivasse bussi peab saama paigutada vajamineva riistvara nii, et sellele saaks arendust\u00f6\u00f6 k\u00e4igus pidevalt ligi. Samuti on oluline, et kogu riistvara saaks reisija silme eest \u00e4ra peita. Eelnevat kokku v\u00f5ttes &#8211; disainida praktiline, kasutajas\u00f5bralik ning silmailu pakkuv buss, on inseneridele ja disaineritele alati paras v\u00e4ljakutse.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Iseauto disaini ja pealisehituse valmistamise eest hoolitses Silberauto AS, kes nagu me juba varasemalt teame, on TalTechile antud projektis suurim partner. K\u00f5ige m\u00e4rkimisv\u00e4\u00e4rsem neist on erinevus pidurite juhtimisel. Kokku on bussil kolm erinevat v\u00f5imalust pidurdamiseks.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Kui testautol kasutame oma algoritmide testimiseks piduritena elektroonilist k\u00e4sipidurit, siis bussil pole antud lahendus piisavalt vastupidav ning pidurdusj\u00f5ustki j\u00e4\u00e4ks puudu. Seega otsustasime kasutada pidurdamisel auto enda pidureid. Selleks oli meil aga vaja lisada Iseautole elektrooniline piduripump. Piduripumbaga saame piduritele r\u00f5hku pumbata, kuid sellest \u00fcksi on v\u00e4he. Esimeses postituses mainisime pidurite kohta, et lisaks piduripumbale on oluline ka solenoidide juhtimine. Tegime kindlaks, et meil piisab vaid kahe solenoidi kontrollimisest, et pidureid kasutada ning loogika nende kasutamisel on lihtne &#8211; selleks, et pumba t\u00f6\u00f6l tekiks piduris\u00fcsteemi r\u00f5hk, tuleb solenoidid sisse l\u00fclitada. Kui need v\u00e4lja l\u00fclitada, siis pidurid vabastatakse. Et me teaks, palju pidurid parasjagu peal on, lisasime piduris\u00fcsteemile r\u00f5huanduri. R\u00f5huandurist saame analoog-digitaal konverteri abiga k\u00e4tte r\u00f5hu hetken\u00e4idu ja mida suurem r\u00f5hk, seda tugevamini pidurid peal on.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Lisaks tavalistele piduritele on autost erinev ka k\u00e4sipiduris\u00fcsteem. Nimelt on bussis kaks k\u00e4sipidurit &#8211; \u00fcks manuaalne ja \u00fcks elektrooniline. Elektroonilise k\u00e4sipiduri juhtimine k\u00e4ib lineaaraktuaatoriga (loe l\u00e4hemalt siit), mis on paigaldatud auto p\u00f5hja peale. Manuaalse k\u00e4sipiduri kang on paigutatud auto esiotsa riistvara jaoks m\u00f5eldud kastide vahele. M\u00f5lemad k\u00e4sipidurid on \u00fchendatud i-Mievi originaalk\u00e4sipiduri trossiga, mida piisavalt t\u00f5mmates pidurid rakenduvad. Miks meil neid nii palju vaja on? \u00dcks k\u00f5ige olulisemaid aspekte Iseauto juures on turvalisus ning mida rohkem viise on meil auto seiskamiseks, seda parem. Nagu juba kirjeldatud, siis piduripedaali ega rooli keeramise v\u00f5imalust k\u00e4sitsi meil ei ole. Seet\u00f5ttu tuleb auto seisma saamine ohu korral teostada enamasti elektrooniliste lahendustega. Ainukene erand on meil manuaalne k\u00e4sipidur, mida saab k\u00e4sitsi peale t\u00f5mmata.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Kui mehaanilise piduri peale t\u00f5mbamine v\u00e4lja j\u00e4tta, siis bussis on kokku kolm nuppu elektrooniliste pidurite rakendamiseks.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Esimene ja siiamaani k\u00f5ige rohkem kasutatud h\u00e4dapiduri nupp on meil \u00fchendatud otse drive kontrolleri k\u00fclge ja seda vajutades l\u00f5petab drive kontroller rakendab pidurid maksimaalse j\u00f5uga. Selle nupu eelisteks on see, et pidurdusj\u00f5ud on suur ning rakendusaeg l\u00fchike. Samuti see, et kui nupp vabastada, saab koheselt s\u00f5itu j\u00e4tkata. Kui seda nuppu vajutada, siis l\u00fclitub autos s\u00fc\u00fcde v\u00e4lja ning elektrooniline k\u00e4sipidur rakendub. Eelis on see, et kuna auto mootor l\u00fclitatakse v\u00e4lja, siis auto j\u00e4tkab s\u00f5itu vabak\u00e4igul, st mootor s\u00f5itmiseks lisaj\u00f5udu ei rakenda. Puudus on aga see, et elektroonilise k\u00e4sipiduri rakendamise aeg on mitu sekundit ja seet\u00f5ttu pidurdusmaa pikem kui esimese lahenduse puhul. K\u00fcll aga kiirendab natukene pidurdamist see, kui p\u00e4rast selle nupu vajutamist rakendada ka l\u00e4hedal asuvat manuaalset k\u00e4sipiduri kangi.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">K\u00f5ige viimase lahendusena on meil veel autos l\u00fcliti, mida l\u00fclitades auto peaaku mootorist lahti \u00fchendatakse. Selle lahenduse puhul v\u00f5ime kindlad olla, et auto l\u00fclitub n\u00f6 vabak\u00e4igule ja mootorist lisaj\u00f5udu edasiliikumisele ei rakendu. Puudusteks on aga see, et \u00fckski pidur otseselt ei rakendu ning p\u00e4rast selle nupu vajutamist on vaja bussi elektrooniliselt kontroll\u00fcksuselt diagnostikaseadmega veakoode kustutada. Esimeseks neist on tuled, mis on LED ribadena paigutatud bussi esi- ja tagaossa. Igale tulele on lisatud kontroller, mis vastavalt talle CAN(controller area network)-siini pidi edastatud soovile tulede v\u00e4rvi muudab. Teisena, on vaja kontrollida ka bussi ust ja ka selle jaoks on lisatud kontroller, mis reageerib samuti CAN-siinilt saadud s\u00f5numile. Kolmandaks &#8211; bussile on lisatud erinevalt testautost 8 ultraheli sensorit &#8211; neli paiknevad ees ja neli taga. Nendelt info hankimiseks ja edastamiseks on nii ees kui ka taga eraldi kontroller, mis kogub sensoritelt info ning v\u00e4ljastab selle CAN-siinile nii, et objekti kaugused igast ultrahelisensorist on m\u00e4rgitud detsimeetrites.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Sellega on k\u00f5ik olulised bussile said paigutatud riistvara komponendid \u00fcle k\u00e4idud.
